What if I want to search by series title?
If you want to search by series title, simply click on the Series Index link located at the top of each page. At the Series Index page, click on the first letter of the title of the series. For instance, if you're looking for Nancy Drew, click on "N" for Nancy. Then scroll down the list of series until you find the one you are seeking. By clicking on the series title you will go directly to the web page for that series.
If the author's name is also highlighted, you can click on this link to see all the series available by that writer.
What do the abbreviations and codes listed after each title mean?
These are grading, format and defect codes to describe the condition of the book or dust jacket. For a listing of the definitions, click on the Grading Codes link located at the top of each page.
How do I place an Order?
To Place an order, send an email to seriesbks@aol.com listing the titles, grades and prices of the books you would like to purchase. The easiest way to do this is to copy and paste the data directly from the web page to your email. Within hours you will receive a response from the Book Safari regarding availability of the books and payment options. For shipping information, click on the Order link located at the top of every page.
How about emailing my credit card number? Is the Book Safari email secure?
Unfortunately the Book Safari does not yet have a secure site for submission of credit card numbers. While the chance of email interception of your card number is remote, it can happen, so we encourage you to call us at (856) 231-8362 to use Visa or Master Card. If no one is in the office, feel free to leave your card number on the answering machine or leave your phone number with instructions for the best time to return your call. Some of our customers have gotten around the email/credit card dilemma by sending half of the number in one email and half in another.
